CHILI SEIZES STEAMERS.
'Australian and N-Z. Cable Association' (Received September 7, 8.55 a.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 6. The World's Valparaiso correspondent reports : The Chilian Government has seized all German vessels iv Chilian harbors, to prevent the crews sinking them. With the exception of three steamers the machinery was rendered useless by the Germans.
