TOKIO, July 17. Several cases of cannibalism have occurred in Russia, which is in the grip of a famine, M. !Sneyoroff, member of the Moscow Suppy Committee declared in an interview. Sneyeroff .said the famine threatens to outdo the horrors of war. He reported one instance of a woman shooting her children rather than see them starve. Ho is a member of a special mission to China, which seeks to have the emlwu'go raised on exportation of food into Russia. The mission offers a guarantee that none of the food will reach the Germans.
