Morris, J, H. Tonkin, and J. V. Walters (Gisborne). Mrs. J. Holt, of Waerenga-o-kuri, has received advice that their son, Private F. J. Holt, had been under an operation for appendicitis in France, and a later cable stated that he was progressing satisfactorily. "Private Holt was formerly employed on Messrs. Dalgetv and Co.'s staff.;
