CANADIAN LOAN DRIVE.
WINNIPEG, July 17. As one of the features of tbe next Victory Loan drive, which came nearly being called the "on to Berlin" loan, the Canadian Air Board will send a fleet of aeroplanes west to Fort William, Regina, Moose Jaw, Vancouver and Calgary to fly over these western centres and drop literature urging subscriptions.
