As a sequel to the* ' South; road fatality resulting m the death of .Thomas Morgan last night, James O'Donnell, farmer,'of Ihali, was charged at the Magistrate's Court late this afternoon that oh July 24, he unlawfully filled one Thomas Morgan. a Senior-Sergeant Till asked for^a remand to enable the polico to collect evidence.
