At a eottVt-martial on Monday, Daniel Thomas Sullivan, of Greymouth, George Wears Samms, of Woplston, and James Henry Roberts, pf Woolston, were found guilty of reftfiwng to obey the lawful commands of tfc«r superior officer when ordering them to undergo medical examination. Sullivan was sentenced to two years' imprisomwiit and Roberts and Samms to one year <e?<?h.
