MR. MASSEY APPEALS TO IRELAND.

Mr. Massey, in a mesaage to the Irish Recruiting Council, appeals to the Irish who have not yet risen to a sense of duty in tho great struggle for civiKsa-r tion. He says:. "This is not the time to keep up sectional . grievanciß and differences. It is a time for all Irishmen to remember the honor>pf their country and to remembey the gallant countrymen who have made the supreme sacrifice. He urges them to. join the Allies' ranks."
