Fathers), from Wellington, arrives to-morrow to take part m the ceremony. The parents and wives of Rechabite members at the front: are specially invitad to attend. A social evening will follow the unveiling. A social for the juveniles will be held on Saturday evening. :■' ■ ' I Now that the whereabouts of the passengers and crew of the steamer Matunga have been cleared up, interest I attaches to the crews of other vessels which were captured and sunk by the German raider Wolf. Information of the crews of two /sailing vessels reached Sydney] last week. Messrs' Horwood and Co, shipping agents,' Sydney, were <ad- , vised that Captain Trudgett, of the Jschoonar Winslow, and his officers and ! crew, are prisoners of war m Karlsruhe Camp, Germany. She (was also captured and , sunk by the Wolf, but the captain and 1 his men were transferred to the steamer Igotz Mendi (also a capture), which was afterwards wrecked on the Skaw. Captain Cameron and those with him made their way to Copenhagen, from which town he communicated with Messrs Horwood * and Cor informants. When captured by the Wolf the Beluga- was en route from San Francisco to Sydney with a cargo of case oil.
