LONDON, April 30. Frederic Brandouer, a German millionaire pen manufacturer, interned on the Isle of Man, suicided by taking poison. He had lived m England for thirty years, but was not naturalised. He was recently informed that he wottld shortly be repatriated. He said that he would rather die. He left a letter to the coroner, saying that he preferred the. agonies of death to the cruelties of living m Germany. Brandouer's sister is tbe wife of a German general.
