LONDON, April 18. In the House of Commons to-day, m reply to ;i. question," Mr. Macpherson. Parliamentary Secretary to the War Office, said that he believed it was an exaggeration to say that a hundred bigamous marriages had occurred between oversea, soldiers and British women.
He understood that' bigamous marriages were void ab iriitio, and nullity suits were therefore necessary.
