The absorbing question of the Meat Trust was again brought up before the executive of the P.B. sup-provincial branch of the N.Z. Farmers Union this afternoon. A series of resolutions to be .submitted to live Auckland conference were- brought up. — 'Mr Field said tho motions pretty well covered the ground. He referred to >a visit of an agent of the Trust, who,- lie stated, came hene- to try to secure space m the local works, but went away disappointed. — The resolutions were adopted m toto, on tho motion of the Chairman, seconded by Mr A. Steele.
