Bowling, deputy Registrar: of the Supreme Court, Auckland, re Hhe appointment of Mr Prendervllle as Crown solicitor, Wellington, over tho heads of Departmental officers, held that the Commissioner had fairly considered the application tof the plaintiff, and had not adopted arbitrary rule.. His decision could 1 not be reviewed by the Court. ' '
