The local Council of Workmen and Soldiers' Delegates , adopted a Maximilist resolution m favor of a ppeedy peace, accusing Kerensky of the wish: to surrender Petrograd to the enemy. They are again demanding that all power be handed over to the Council of Workmen , and Soldiers' Delegates, and instructing the executive to propose an armistice to all nations, but pending the arrangement of peace Petrograd must be defended.
