Oates resigned the office of synodsma :i and Mr Keith Cotterill, of Clive, was elected to fill the vacancy. , The balance-sheet showed a deficit of £130, accountable to the phenomenal bud weather experienced durih^the past year and the limited number ) 6i services it was possible to hold.. On the proposal of Mr A. B. Williams, seconde:! by Mi*' R. K. Cameron, it -was resolved that the honorary secretary furnish the vestrymen with a list of subscribers to the Stipend Fund, with a view .to collecting arrears of subscriptions, and to enrol new members who have arrived m the parish. i
