LONDON, July 8. The Washington correspondent of the New York Times . says : Naval officers ,who have been assigned to co-operate with' the Allies against the submarine campaign are gratified by the results at-; tamed. While the operations of the submarines . have been rendered more difficult, German inventions, coupled with the longer days and' better weather of summer, are aiding the submarines.
