NEW 'YORK, July 12. From Washington it is reported that Mrs Wilson and the -wives of the members of tlie" Cabinet have signed' the Food Pledge. Those who sigh the pledge promise to have oiie wheatless , meal daily, meatp once daily, less butter, sugar, and tea, and smaller meals at the restaurants, and to eat more fruit, vegetables, and fish.
