GOVERNMENT PEACE OFFERS ATTACKED. {Australian and N.Z. Cable Association i (ReceiA'ed June 26, 9.40 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, June 25. Sohnidemann, writing m the VovAvaerts, says that the peace offers are vague and clumsy and that their attitude m forcing Russia to continue to adhere to the Allied cause and making America declare war Avholesale. "The introduction of democracy into Germany," he says, "is ineA-itable. It must be done immediately if the Germans are jjoing tc escape the heaviest losses.
