'Renter's •Telegram. i (Received May" 2. 11.55 a.m.) LONDON, May 1. r _A German official message states : There was minor fi'gbAing near St Quentm yesterday. The cathedral received five hits. A French attack between Irosnes and Aiiberive failed. A second attack on tho front southward of Nauroy also failed. We downed 25 aeroplanes and five balloons yesterday.
