WELLINGTON, this day. - .The Railway Department intends on Monday next to remove the enibargo on the goods traffic, provided no further 'difficulty occurs m respect to coal supplies ni the meantime. As the necessity for preserving coal stocks still exists? the restricted train service will remain m operation.
