AMSTERDAM, April 30. The Vorwaerts states that Mr Lloyd George's and Mr Bonar Law's references to tariffs are of the highest importance to Germany's future development. It fears England intends to differentiate against neutrals and the Central Powers and! urges a peace treaty, to make the expulsion of Germany from the world's, markets impossible.
