The Daily Telegraph's Rome correspondent states that a Ministerial crisis in Turkey is imminent. Talaat Bey has returned from Germany. He achieved nothing. He attributes his failure to Enver Pasha, whose servility to Germany compromised Turkish interests. The public hostility against Enver Pasha is general. Thousands of Syrian troops are deserting.
A reign of terror has been re-estab lished fit Jaffa, Damascus and- Jerusalem.
