Winnipeg reports that when wheat soared to 282 yesterday the censor appealed on ihe floor of the Exchange and announced that no further trade m future would be permitted. Prices dropped twenty 'points.' Tlie censor further announced that the Allied Governments have sufficient wheait for present requirements, and' have made no purchases during the last 40 cents * jump.
