A charge of publishing a seditious utterance m a pamphlet entitled "Men and Marbles," was made against Harry R. Urquhart, M.A., at the JPplice Court to-day.' Defendant ipleaded guilty. The ' Crown solicitor said the pamphlet was a diatribe against' conscription: - TDefendant said he liad no idea except that he was telling the ti*ue teaching of/ Christ.
