As the result of -a .meeting- of the Chamber of Cbnmiexco a telegram, was to-day despatched to the acting Premier pointing out that there will be a serious wheat shortage before next crap, and urging the Government to take steps to deal with the question by taking control of all wheat m. the dominion, and the immediate importation of wheat or flour from Australia. Some ..ocal millers will have to close down m a few days unless they c:in procure supplies.
