LONDON, April 27. Count Reventlow informs. the German press thai Talaat "Pasha is visiting Germany and conferring with naval and military experts regarding possible Dardanelles concessions to Russia.

For several days oh many sectors ol the front the Germans have not fired a shot.
German aeroplanes dropped prociama tions, pleading m favor of immediate negotiations for an honorable peace.Many Austro-German parties carrying red and white flags attempted to reach the • Russian trenches, despite the tact that they were fired on and some taken prisoner. V .
It is affirmed that enemy i*anks. especially the Socialists, desired immedi ate peace.
Latest reports show that the Russian artillery is increasing its activity at various points. -
