SIX THOUSAND GERMANS PLOT-

NEW YORK, March 11
The New York Times states that there is evidence that six thousand Germans are plotting in Mexico. It is estimated two thousand have left New York for Mexico since Count Bemstorff's dismissal.. German agents are collecting war taxes from German residents in America. Secret service investigation reveals that five million dollars were raised, • ostensibly for German relief, bat really intended for propaganda work. The service is .also investigating as to haw German money was used for the election of pro-German legislators.
