An immense .amount of interest lias be-en taken at Greymoiith in the hearing of an action of an unusual nature in the local Magistrate's Court. The case was one in »v'liich the Greymouth Waterside Workers' Union sought to recover £52 from William -Harrow^ one of its member.*, for having, it is alleged, committed a breach of the rules by disclosing union business to two non-union members. 'Mr T. Hutchison, .S.M., gave a judgment for tlie defendant. Leave was given to the union to appeal.
