GERMAN EFFORTS TO PREVENT
RUPTURE
(Australian and N.Z. Cabin Association.. (Received March 1, 10.30 a.m.) PEKIN, February 28. Germans are making an effort to prevent a rupture with China. They unsuccessfully attempted to distribute substantial bribes and offered to wipe out financial claims.
