IN order to give effect to the intended requisitioning of all Sheep Skins ; (other than those derived from sheep slaughtered at meat export slaughterhouses) and the scouring of low-grade wools purchased on behalf of the Imperial Government, it is desired that all' persons now operating Felhnongery and Wool Scouring Works who are desirous of f ellmongerirng skina and scouring wool for the Government, make application for the Registration of their Premises on or before the 15th JANUARY, 1917. The application must be accompanied by a statement showing the following particulars: — . (1) Tlie location of the premises and the name of the owner or owners. (2) Whether the person or persons at present operating the works are the actual owners or the lessees. (3) The capacity of the works and the nature of tne plant.
