In the House of Lords, replying to Lord Templeton as to why no representatives of the Dominions were inoludecl on the committee appointed to consider the conclusion of . the Paris Economic Conference, Lord Crewe said the presenl committee was purely of a preliminary nature. Opportunity . will be given for representation of the self -governinp colonies on all questions affecting the Empire. N '
