A Turkish communique , says : The cruiser Midillieh formerly the Breslau, encountered south off Sevastopol a strong enemy squadron, consisting of a new Dreadnought of the Empress Maria class and four destroyers. After fbur hours' fighting the Midillieh evaded efforts to cut her off, and returned undamaged. A Turkish monitor attacked two enemy monitors on the Euphrates, setting one afire.
