(Ppt- Press Association t WELLINGTON, this day. The Farmers' Union discussed a remit urging, the Government to take more effective measures to present aggregation of land. Most of tlie speakers considered the present legislatibn adequate. The president read a statement by Mr Massey that there Avas already ample provision to prevent aggregation. The conference carried an amendment expressing satisfaction that that there are ample powers to prevent aggregation of land where desirable.
