FRENCH AVIATOR'S EXPLOIT.

An official account of Lieutenant Marchal's flight across Germany states that he left Nancy by special monoplane at 9.30 on tlie evening of June 20th with petrol for a fourteen hours' flight. His mission was to traverse at a low altitude and drop proclamations over Berlin; th^n to .land. m. Russia. ,He flew all night and alighted at Cholm, owing to a defect. Tlie proclamation dropped at Berlin stated that we could liave bombarded the city and killed women and children, but contented ourselves with dropping the proclamation. Marcbal was interned at Salzerbach.
