RUSSIA AND JAPAN.
(Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received July 25, 12.40 p.m.) TIENTSEN, July 24. A Russo-Japanese settlement has been reached at to the -purchase price of the Harbin-Changchun section of the Chinese eastern railway. This is the first fruit of- the Russo-Japanese agreement.
