DEATH OF LIEUTENANT G. H. BLACK.

Black will regret^ to learn that further' advice has l>eeri received intimating that he was killed iri action on July 14th, but consolation is to be found m the fact that not only was Lieutenant Black fighting for lus country, but that h e lost his life while assisting m the rescue of the wounded. As mentioned m our last issue, Lieutenant Black was reported l missing, ahd the relatives were anxiously awaiting^ further news from Lieutenant E. R. Black, who has been m hospital m England, and •.who was making enquiries from his brother's comjpanions.
