THE ADVANCE CONTINUES. ALLIES REGAIN IN 16 DAYS WHAT HUNS TOOK FIVE MONTHS TO CAPTURE. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) LONDON, July 21. Sir Douglas Haig, in a communique, says : North of Bazentin-Longueval line we advanced about a thousand yards, despite stubborn opposition. Heavy fighting continues on the northern outskirts of Longueval village and at Deleville Wood. The remainder of the, main battle front is unchanged. Our aeroplanes yesterday dropped many tons of explosives most successfully on railway centres and aerodromes at other important points.
