OMISSION' OF DOMINION DELEGATES FROM COMMITTEE. (The Times.) ■ * ' • LONDON, July 20. The Times deplores the omission of the Dominions from the Empire Trade Committee, and reiterates that the proper course was to decide the Imperial policy by consulting the Dominions bejbre the , Par :s Conference. It points out that u:.ly public pressure enabled Mr. Hughes'^to represent the Dominions and the Empire at the Conference, and asks the House to assert itself and see the Dominions called m to participate m the subsequent stages of after-war trade.
