IRELAND'S FUTURE.
HOME RULE OPPOSED. . (Elec. Tel. Copyright— United Press Assn.) (The. Times.) LONDON, July 19. The Imperial 'Unionist Committee, with an announced membership of 98 members of the House of Commons and 76 of tho -House of Lords, has passed a resolution deploring Home Rule after a- rebellion during a war endangering Imperial interests.
