There was a small attendance at the healing of tho Casement appeal. The draary legal argument failed to fill the court, though the judges appealed interested m Mr Sullivan's delvings m old-time records. Tho judges came to a decision m a tew minutes. ' Casement listened without apparent emotion. With a -faint smile he waved his hand to women friends, who were present throughout the trial, and -finally , he disappeared below the. dock.
