He refers to tlie fact that our men are fighting side by side with the gallant sons of France, and pays tribute to French, chivalry, courage, heroic en^ durance, and patient self sacrifice, ano* concludes by paying homage to the dead. He sayst: "Their . fame is- imperishable, as their deeds are immortal. Tb France and her dauntless army, tc oiir other Allies, and to our own Britisl) soldiers, we say: 'Fight on! victory ls certain. God will defend the right.' "
