It was i decided that the time was inopportune I for amalgamation, but that an-agree-ment should be arrived at m matters of interest, such as, interchange of membership tickets. It recommends that the question be referred to the executive council to consult the unions and place the matter before the A.l\U. Co-opera-tion, not amalgamation, was m the best interests of labor at. the present time.
