TURJCS HAVE TWO LINES OF • RETREAT. (Received April 20, 1.15 p.m.) PETHOORAD, April 19. lhe Turkish garrison at Trebi.zond i and field army of about fifty thousand have two possible lines of retreat— the first westward to Kjresun, 65 miles along tho Black Sea ; coast, 'and the second southward by rail to Gemuschana, thence to Erginghan through mountainous country. The line of retreat is well adapted to defence. Tli e seaward defences of Trebizoiid^ ,were especially strong and included powerful naval guns with 1 concrete .emplacements . ■
