E. Akroyd and H. M. Porter, J's.P., a native youth named Waaka Taylor, alias Watene Pariri, aged 17 years, was charged that on January 15, at To Arai, he did steal ono wristlet watch valued at 15s, one gold pendant valued . at 21s, and one gold chain valued at 20s, the property of Gladys Catherine Craill. Accused pleaded guilty. Senior-Serg't. Hutton stated that on the day m question Mr Daulton sent accusal to Craill's place for a lawn mower. A window was open, and accused put 'his hand through and took the articles from a table.
