GERMAN PEACE TERMS. (Received January 24, B^s a.m.) ZURICH, January 23. A private circular embodying the hasis of a discussion on peace terms, distributed semi-officially to German editors, is published here. It proposes to demand a huge indemnity of England, the surrender of German South- West Af nea, Rhodesia; Zanzibar, Somaliland, and the Upper Nile territories, and British East Africa, while Austria will receive Malta and Turkey Cyprus.
