LONDON, September 15. Tn the House of Lords, Lord Strachie postponed his question regarding air raids at the Admiralty's request. It is understood that Sir Percy Scott*s appointment indicates the intention to reorganise the antiraircraft precautions. The Rev. R. J. Thirinu- the London district air raid a Zonpelin dropped a horse's blade bone covered with several sketches. There \ras a diagram on the wide end of the bone, showing a. supposed portrait of Sir Edward Grey with a Zeppelin bomb dropping on his* head. A small German flag was tied to the bone. It is stated that the bone was a present to Sir Edward Grey, with the compliments of the commauder add officers of the Zeppelin. The bone was attached to a parachute, and came safely to earth m a large open space, the authorities taking possession of it.
ZURICH, September 15. Germany's wheat has been harvested very wet and must be artificially dried. The oats suffered greatly and. the quality of the barley is indifferent.
