Special Meeting of the Waikohu County Council, held on the 11th day of ■June, 1915, ihe following Resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meeting of. tlie Council, to be held oa the 9th day of JULY. 1915. at 10 a.m., at the Council 'Chambers, Te Karaka: — SPECIAL ORDER. Raising- a Loan under paragraph (c) of Section 16 of "The Local Bodies' Loans Act. 1913," with the consent of the Rate payers of the '111. if AU Special Rating District, m the County, of Waikohu, testified by a consent signed by not less jthan- three-fourths of the Ratepayers .ofthe Special Rating District, the capital value of whose properties us appearing on the Valuation Roll of the said County is collectively greater than the capital value of the properties of the Ratepayers who did not so consent, the Waikohui County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows: — ''That for the purpose of erecting a Traffic Bridge, over the Waipaoa River at a point near Whatatutu, i the Waikohu County Council hereby 'authorises the raising of a Loan of £1000 at four and a-half per cent, per annum, for a period of thirty-six and a-haJf years, and declares that the cost of raising the Loan shall be paid out of Loan moneys."
