Lieutenant-Colonel Powley (Chief Secretary of tho Salvation Army) lhas received a most interesting . letter from Adjutant Greene, late of Wellington, who is acting as the Salvati6n' Army Chaplain m Egypt. In the meantime, my post will be at Alexandria, and running between there and. Cairo as occasion requires, and,. by this means, get into touch with vast numbers of troops, and probably be more useful than at a post with a battalion. .Many Grounded have comeback, and, having visited them, much, of, interest iuus been gathered m the way of individual incidents. Those who have come back are all slightly wounded, and will be fit to return m a week or two.
