The arrival of the Servians at DurazzO might be considered an attempt to prejudice "the powers on the late discussion of the Albanian question. Servia explains that the invasion of Albania was purely military and not political m intentions. It was desired to end the activity of ba"hds under Austrian and Turkish leaders stirring -up trouble throughout Albania and threatening the Servian frontier. ' ,\ ''"" ' ' • . ■ ■
