MOVEMENT WOULD BE PREMATURE.

Lord Buxton, the Governor-General, Bays a definite statement regarding the sending of, a South African contingent to Europe would be premature, for though we occupy the capital and the greater part of German South- West Africa tn© German army has not vet been engaged.
