LONDON, May 31. Advices from Frederickshafen state ''that the Zeppelin shelled after raiding ckmthend was deflated and fell into the sea off Heligoland. The fate of the crew is unknown. "> The Daily Mail says the Germans are using a new combustion shell, simple of manipulation, which enables it to be used as shrapnel, scattering small or large fragments. It is also usable as a high, explosive shell, but its most remarkable effect is that it can be given a high penetrative power, exploding m four seconds after penetrating, thus being able ' to pierce a barricade and j explode within a trench.
